Every item offered in my shop is handmade, therefore I will have to spend some time making every item that is purchased. Please allow up to a few days between the time that you placed your order and the time that you will receive your order. All orders will be finished in the order that they were placed. Custom designs may take longer to make than those that are already created. If your order is being shipped, please expect a few days to pass before your order will arrive. All items will be completed and delivered, shipped, or become available to pick up as soon as they possibly can be. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

At this time, we are not able to accept returned items or issue refunds. Once an order is placed, all sales are final. If there are any issues with your order, please reach out to me as soon as possible so that I can fix the problem for you.

Products are currently only available to those living within the United States. Local orders will be available for local pick up or delivery, whereas other orders can be shipped for an additional small fee.
